Communication: zero. Dispatch time: meh. Tracking: very poor. Speed of delivery: 1 day. Packaging: adequate, but I have seen better. Battery is performing better than the last 2 batteries this car has had. While it is true that "time will tell", IME Lion batteries do what you expect from them, unless you abuse them, in which case they can deteriorate incredibly rapidly. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase.

    bew battery

    Cheap, maybe for a reason...

    Battery lasted exactly 2 weeks in my Zafira. RAC mechanic tested the unit and reported that it was showing 26% capacity. Maybe I was very unlucky and received a duff item, but on the strength of this performance, I cannot recommend this item.

    Great battery

    Ive been using this battery for over 2 months, I've left my car without starting it during the cold weather for circa 5 days and it holds charge. My old battery would fail after 2 days in cold weather. So far so good.
