    I had a board failure and wrote and asked for them to overnight it. Unfortunately I specified saturday delivery and it didn't get labeled saturday so I didn't get it until Monday. I asked for a refund on the extra shipping since it didn't come saturday and no arguments took care of me. So although I didn't get it asap like I want they did everything they could and I'll order again.

    Jade economizer controller is high quality compared to competition

    I was recommended to get this Jade economizer controller to replace a failed other model .. Honeywell, maybe? Unsure. But I was told this Jade one would outlast and outperform the competition, and it hasn't disappointed yet! My purchase here was even used, and the product is still phenomenal.
