Good, but not great
Have been using this vacuum cleaner for a few weeks now. It certainly has great suction and the adjustable slider lets you choose how much suction to apply. The lift away function is great, but you do have to hold the unit with one hand while using the suction hose with the other. There is a long power lead, which is great, but the little hook used to keep the cable out of the cleaner’s way just doesn’t hold the cable effectively. The hard floor adapter is only good for really flat, even surfaces - the little plastic lugs break off easily on floorboards! The bin is easy enough to empty, but the holes in the internal cylinder tend to clog and need regular attention. The filter is easy to remove and clean. Overall I really like the cleaner, but the minor niggles mentioned prevent it from ... Have been using this vacuum cleaner for a few weeks now. Great Vacuum
Love this new vacuum and all its new features. I’ve owned an earlier model before, which was good, but this newer version is much improved. I especially like how everything quickly disconnects and the vacuum can be used as a smaller unit. Thank you Vax!

The Vax Air Lift Steerable Pet Upright Vacuum Cleaner is very good and powerful, on carpets and haerd floors. Though I do struggle with the stairs. Please can you tell if I can purchase an extension to the flexible hose. Pet hairs get into small gaps between carpet creases where 2 stair meet. so i need an an extension to the flexible hose
