Just doesn't work at all and actually made my carpet look worse. The people who give this product a positive review must be those who don't have any visible dirt on their carpets anyway and get a psychological thrill from the appearance of dirty water (essentially water with a bit of dust in it) at the end of the process. The description given claims that it "easily tackles ... tough stains" but it doesn't (see pic attached).

Love it, Easy to use & at a fantastic price! Family already asking if they can borrow it!
It's easy to use. Carpets are almost dry when cleaned. The carpets, now look great. The pile has really lifted making the carpets look almost new. I had no idea there was so much dirt in the carpets. The best bit, emptying the dirty water out & seeing the dirt go down the plughole. Reconditioned so a great price & still guaranteed for 12 months! Love it!

Simply doesn't work
This product doesn't really work at all, or at least not if you have any kind of visible dirt, staining or discolouration on your carpet. I spent an hour using it on 1 square metre of my hallway carpet and the only result was that it was left wet for two days. I can only imagine that those who give this product positive reviews are those who a) have visibly clean carpet and b) get an OCD thrill at the appearance of a mixture of dust and water in the transparent container on the machine. But this level of dust removal could equally as well be achieved with a hoover... Ideal size and lightweight
It arrived quickly as notified, easy to put together, I have tried it on a carpet at home and at one of my holiday caravans which its compact size is ideal for. I also transport it between my home and the caravans so its small size and light weight makes it ideal for my needs. The only faff is cleaning the roller head compartment after use, you need to unscrew around 9 bolts to get in there.

Does the basic job well, needs larger print in the instruction book to fill all the white space! Water tank could easily be larger, but for a small flat or not many carpets, is adequate. Good for £100 delivered.
