My son pinched it to clean his carpet first, so not actually used it myself yet. He said it is fine and easy to use. My only concern is that it is quite heavy, so may be tiring to push around. Seems excellent value and looks in great refurbished condition. Again my only complaint would be that the instructions were put inside plastic bag which still had moisture in it, so paper was soggy and pages were stuck together.

I have left a positive feedback because the vacuum cleaner is working properly and I am happy with that but on description the quality of the item is guaranteed by eBay and on eBay video describing the eBay quality as pristine. I can't say about my item is pristine. My item came with all kinds of liquids inside, water and detergents not very clean more than that the bowl which collect the dirty water was broken and glued and glued not very well. Is no leeks but doesn't make the quality pristine.

Simply the best deal in town
Although described as refurbished the only part showing any wear are the rotating brushes. The two water tanks are brand new and all accessories are present and appear to be unused. This is an excellent product refurbished to the manufacturers highest standards. It was delivered in a well packaged plain box that kept all parts cushioned and secure. All in all a great buy at a truly reasonable cost. I've used it twice so far and I would recommend the Vax solution packed in the package and it it is simply great for spot cleaning or entire carpets leaving a nearly dry finish with little residue.Although described as refurbished the only part showing any wear are the rotating brushes.
