AVOID AT ALL COSTS! After 2 weeks of machine not arriving, I contact the company to be told it had never been dispatched. I said I still wanted the machine but after another day, my order was cancelled without any communication. I decided to try with another purchase and this one was delivered broken. Now giving up and asking for a return. Horrible communication, poor inferior products that are clearly not refurbished. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

great kit but some bad design flaws which makes it break easily and blow up in the end

Had a Vax Washer that'd been refurbished before and it has given years of problem free carpet and car interior cleaning. Bought this as it's a lot easier to use. I'm disabled ----have trouble walking-----and as I managed to assemble it on my own it isn't as heavy as I thought. I've yet to try it out but as it has revolving brushes to get at the dirt it's got to be good....plus it's a VAX
