The sony voice recorder delivered today as expected was carefully packaged with full outer protection. It was as described, brand new and in the original retail box. I'm sure all will work satisfactorily but cannot check this at present as I have purchased this as a future gift. However, having purchased 3 others over a year ago now from another supplier, I hear they are all still working fine with excellent playback.
