    Item was sent “signed for” which is not always convenient & also bumps up the postage costs considerably. It also took a few days longer to arrive than another separate EBay purchase that arrived faster via regular Royal Mail. Also, at the risk of sounding too grumpy, package was so overly & tightly sellotaped that it required very careful use of scissors to open - risking damaging the scarf that I knew was inside. These two facts made the transaction more frustrating than it should have been.
