    The very best of powder highlighters

    This is the best powder highlighter I have found; I've used it for many years. At one time Laura said she was discontinuing it - I suspect there was a hue and cry about that because it's still available! My favorite use for this product is highlights under the brows and in the inner corners of the eyes, but it can be used for other areas, too, including as a concealer for fair skin. It is in a small compact, but it lasts for a very long time.
