Making A Purchase

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

We will endeavour to despatch your package within 24 hours although at peak times this may take slightly longer. Please bear in mind the couriers delivery Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 6pm (0800 - 1800 hours). We do not directly control the couriers and we cannot obtain a specific delivery time from them.

If the wrong country shipping is chosen we will adjust it correctly without warning.

UPS/UK Mail will email you when your parcel is collected and scanned. Please ensure you provide us with a working email address and check your spam filter.

The cost of delivery will be added to your order total. You can select your preferred method of delivery from the options displayed at the checkout. We reserve the right to adjust shipping methods and costs but this is usually done in your favour and you will be informed by email.

IMPORTANT: All deliveries must be checked by the receiver (customer) BEFORE signing for them. If the package is damaged in anyway either refuse to accept delivery or ask the delivery person to check the contents with you. You should only sign for the goods if you are satisfied. In any other circumstances, please sign the package receipt as "not checked". If a customer fails to follow this and a package is signed for as received in good condition. We may find it difficult (or impossible) to claim compensation in this case.

PLEASE NOTE: It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure the legality of importation into their own country. Land Warrior Airsoft can not accept any responsibility whatsoever if the goods ordered are seized by Customs officials or airport authorities in ours or any other country. If goods are seized, destroyed, damaged through inspection or confiscated in any instance, we accept no responsibility and will offer no form of refund or credit. If the goods are returned to us by the seizing authority, we will refund your payment for the goods (not the shipping cost) less any fines or charges imposed by that authority for the handling and return of said goods. We will issue the refund only WHEN the goods are received and checked by ourselves.

Delivery Schedule

We will aim to despatch within 24 hours of receiving the order, if the order is received on a business day morning we will endevour to despatch it that day. Please bear in mind that we do not control the couriers, all courier deliveries will be Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 6:00pm. If you miss the delivery it may be returned to Land Warrior Airsoft. If you require a re-delivery an additional payment for postage will be required.

Back Orders

On the rare occasion that your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

From 1st January 2011 VAT is charged at 20%

All damaged deliveries or shortages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt, any longer than this may invalidate your claim.

Any problems must be reported within 14 days of reciept using the method noted above.

In the unlikely event that your new purchase is faulty or unwanted then please contact Land Warrior immediately (info@landwarriorairsoft.com) to discuss your problem.

At our discression, a replacement product will be dispatched to you.

If this is not suitable we will refund the cost of the item and outbound postage as well as return postage if the item is faulty.

If the item is not required for other reasons (remorse return), the buyer is liable for return postage.

Unwanted products must be returned to us as described above and must be "AS NEW",un-opened, un-used and in the original, undamaged packaging missing no items from the packaging.

It is the sender's responsibility to return the item(s) by a suitably insured postal service. Please include your name, address and order number when returning items.
