    The seller stated in writing that the painting was a Picasso. Said they would include authentication. They didn’t. I am having a hard time finding anyone that will authenticate the work as a Picasso. The seller states they want me to send the piece back at my expense and they’ll refund me except I don’t think it’s right for them to have the opportunity to resell this forgery to someone else. Looking into taking legal action.
