These lock washers don't secure the spring, which is dangerous, as the washer can't hold the spring at all as expected. It would be helpful to include a detailed description of the metal, such as its thickness and structure (standard). This is the first complaint. It appears you used the washer on an oversized shaft and bent the metal far beyond its ability to spring back.

He provided an EXACT match and was always available for questions, answered promptly my inquiries, and mailed and packaged just fine, and at a very fair price.
