    Great price for enterprise hard drives!

    We still utilize these dual port 146Gb sas 2.5" drive in some of our older DL360 and DL380 G5 and G7 series servers. Although virtualization is the big word in IT it seems that people are forgetting that these HP servers become outdated before they stop working and there is nothing wrong with them. I picked up a handful of these 146Gb drives just to have as spares for our development HP servers that still use these drives and are in active daily user environments everyday since their "birth date" to our company back in 2006. The drives I purchased, some are configured in RAID 10 systems and they work just fine. I'm keeping a couple in storage as on hand spares. I find no fault or defect with any of these drives I have purchased and I'm extremely happy to find them and be able to use ...

    First replacement in 8 years

    We are runnning four servers with 30 of this drive. This was a replacement for 8-year running drive that hadn't failed but was occassionally giving write-faults (once every 2 weeks or so, no data loss) so we thought it prudent to replace it. The HP 146GB Dual Port's are workhorses.
