Hi Rene, thanks for your feedback. I sent you a separate message asking that you removed the "honest mistake".. I checked with eBay and Royal Mail, and reprinted the original postage label - showing that I had bought and paid for a "Large Letter" at 250g for your book. This is a Royal Mail mistake, not mine. Unfortunately with the eBay feedback score and comments, it still may appear that I have made a mistake. This is not the case, as I have informed you. Still however happy to refund £1.50!!
