      Seller sent me a used CD instead of the new one he offered for sale. He refused a refund and instead offered a replacement which I declined since I no longer trust him. I recovered my money via Ebay who found in my favour. Case closed. Seller then tried to frighten me into returning the CD with pathetic threats of legal action saying that I 'owed him' and 'had his property'. I would never trust this seller again. AVOID.
