Two of America's best-loved inspirational speakers share the very best of their collected stories and favorite tales that have touched the hearts of people everywhere. Canfield and Hansen bring you wit and wisdom, hope and empowerment to buoy you up through life's dark moments.
I bought this for my 94 year old Mother. Having severe dementia, but still being able to read, we have found books to be a great diversion for her. Large print is needed, the subject must be CLEAN and wholesome, family values matter to us, and the stories must be short so she can follow them. This fits the bill. As an aside to others considering this for the elderly, we have found comics to be of great value too. Hi and Lois, Family Circus, and things like that.
