Plug in, adaptor hides behind the new router so looks tidier as just the one cable into the room compared to two before and it works! Makes/takes calls, rings and the 1471 still functions so I can tell if missed calls were spam or call-backs. Makes a beep/dot noise when dialling and £56 isn't cheap but if I was that bothered I would have downloaded the app to get the £10 voucher or whatever but we just want our old stuff to keep working don't we. Thanks.

The device is amazing very small and compact not that much bigger than my splitter and brand new, for that price it is well worth it.
