I’m sorry for leaving this feedback but I think it deserves a negative one. I received my item in time however comes in original packaging and all your neighbours can see what you purchased so no privacy for any reason. Secondly package showing damage signs. When I opened the 200£ ladder is not brand new condition but full of marks and scratches and I have photos. When I contacted the seller they said it’s minor and I’m not happy with their attitude as it’s not easy to produce 200£ thanks
