Ordered product, got confirmation it was sent. Got a msg from seller whining about how little profit they made and complaining about Royal Mail then one saying to ignore previous. Chased seller when it will be delivered, no answer. Reported it non-delivered, ebay stepped into help but that didn't sort it (ebay bot?). Seems tracking # is fake. Msg seller again to give one last chance to do the right thing, no response, noticed they have changed description and product to less. Avoid this seller.

Royal Mail have been having severe problems and delays with their network and we have seized our business with them for these very reasons. They have lost the items and we are still in the process of putting claims in against them. We apologise for this inconvenience but it wasnt in our hands, we deliver and dispatch items on time but the postal service we used let us down in the distribution side of thingsBuyers like you shouldnt assume the worst, you give sellers a hard time here for nothing
