Unfortunately I specified saturday delivery and it didn't get labeled saturday so I didn't get it until Monday. I asked for a refund on the extra shipping since it didn't come saturday and no arguments took care of me. So although I didn't get it asap like I want they did everything they could and I'll order again.

Ultimately refunded as a secomd return shipping became untenable. Lesson learned, inspect all previously sealed boxes before shipping. Both were marked "Gates 5/8" hose" but contained another rubber item or different size hose.
