Item had a few loose threads but that wasn’t a sell issue. Shipping was a bit slower than other sellers..ie not the next day out the door shipper….however I would purchase from the seller again. The item was properly packaged and arrived. The valences match the others purchased from another seller perfectly. I had no communication from the seller so I cannot rate that - other sellers often notify when an item ships this one does not. I am happy with my purchase.
