Lamps were as described and arrived promptly. Incandescent lamps are notoriously fragile not only in transit but also in the manufacturing process. I was not surprised therefore when two of the five did not work on arrival - tip | when buying this type of lamp on-line always test them on arrival. Contacted the seller, and once I had provided a reasonable level of evidence that the lamps were faulty, they were replaced immediately. That is the type of service one hopes for on-line :)
