Item arrived on 24th of October and was used and therefore couldn’t be re-used. Contacted the seller and advised and asked for replacement or refund. Seller advised would send a replacement. Which hasn’t arrived. I have contacted 3 more times asking where the item is and finally asking for a refund and have had no response. Item described as brand new. Was used and in a bettered opened box as if it had already been returned. Not happy. No item. And out of pocket by £37!!!

    Really good, does the job, very solid and good quality

    I had a previous unbranded switch, which seemed to flash all ports at the same time for any data, so I grew very suspicious that it was a dumb hub, so bought the Netgear. Great - low power (runs cold), much smaller than the old one - only about as long as the 8 connectors, very solid piece of kit. Lights now only flash on those ports involved in any data exchange.
