The buyer put in 2 very low offers for this product, we put in a counter offer, which was ignored. The buyer then bought the product at full price. Immediately upon arrival the buyer stated that they didn't like the product and also that it was damaged, but they would settle for a discount!! On the advise of eBay we asked the buyer to open a return and send the product back so that we could have a look at the damage. They were then very rude, wouldn't send it back and left us negative feedback..

There was an issue with a pulled thread in the scarf when I opened it (unusual for powder scarves I have a few) the seller could not have been nicer. Offered refund or replacement. I chose replacement and it was sent out quickly after they received my return. Brilliant communication and customer service. It was smooth and without stress which I was grateful for.
