Disaster!. Told delivery Wednesday then Thursday. Then received aggressive message from carrier threatening to charge me £55 if I wasn't in .Then another aggressive message threatening to charge me extra if I had supplied wrong contact details. WOW! Wasn't expecting to be threatened when I ordered wardrobe. Item finally arrived (outside the delivery time slot they gave) only to find item was damaged so refused delivery even though they tried to get me to take item and arranged return my self.
