    The "new old stock" phones arrived quickly and seller communication was excellent. Condition was perfect (as described in new box and packageing). The Snom 320 is an old phone now and Snom have it listed as "end of life" but frankly after an 8.x tftp software update they are perfectly serviceable for the likes of an Asterisk (Free PBX) PABX.
