They say it is for maintaining battery only,, but I have proven it will charge batteries to 13.7v. Definately worth having one for winter storage or touring top ups. Excellent value, brand new, fast delivery and a great deal.

Was planning to mount the panel on the top of the fence, but the cable is only around 8 feet so had to attach to a closer South facing wooden block. No issues, the LED indicating charging is flashing happily. I covered the LED and any markings with black tape so not to attract the attention of anyone, as the bike is parked at the back of the drive. Good price, nice bit of kit.
