    The mark of good customer service is how people reacts when something is not right. The hand cream turned up battered box and tube. Seller informed me it was the fault of Royal Mail. I cannot get compensation from Royal Mail it can only be applied for via the seller they are refusing to do this why? The r telling me the item was sent pristine so why wouldn’t they want compensation? Just asking ??
