The item was described as certified refurbished Excellent but when it arrived the right ear bud didn’t work. The seller was very good - they issued a return label on Christmas Day itself. But still disappointing given it was supposed to be a gift. To top it off I then found the same model brand new on the retailers website for the same price, so the sellers pricing is way off too. Good returns process etc but would rather all of this not have happened in the first place.

More lightweight than i expected, limited featues but great bit of kit
There are glowing reviews elsewhere about this bit of kit. If your coming to it from a Kenwood end of things it is a well made bit of kit. If you are coming at it from a Cuisinart bit of kit it is sleek and quite light weight in its feel. it does not have the solidity of the larger kit Cuisinart supply. That said it does its job well. sharp blade and blunt blade(grind) function are fine. one point to note, it only operates when you have your finger on a button. The moment you let go, it stops. I personally find that a nuisance and if I had realised it I might have gone elsewhere. There is obviously no poring tube on this machine (see pictures) but there is a means of dropping liquid through a very small hole. This limits its ability to add liquid quickly. Fantastic!!
I am in love with this little machine. It's the perfect size for day to day cooking for 2 people. Just 2 buttons to use, easy to clean. It has a strong blade that cut up ice pretty easily. Wish I'd bought this before. I have seen that Mrs Hinch has one too.

Perfect when space is tight
This is well reviewed by Which and it’s great for lots of little jobs like whizzing up hummus. Quite small capacity so larger jobs have to be done in batches. Very simple to operate, easy to take apart and clean. It’s super compact and that was important as we are short on space. It’s a bit noisy but that is the only downside I can think of.
