Item is obviously not new. Seller is responsive but the only solution offered is for me to send it back at my own cost for a refund, which doesn't make sense because I'd end up paying shipping both way for something I am not at fault, and end up with nothing but a loss of one week time. I was pretty much forced to keep it, this is not a highly expensive item so I chose to just live with it, but definitely not a positive experience. A used item should never be listed as "New".
