The security hitch is not the one in the picture, however it does the job, there are two selections for the locking mechanism, Its well made all the welding seems to be professionally done and a good coat of paint. Comes with a lock and two keys, (the rotating lock may need some lubrication - spray grease). It wont stop the military or the professional thief, an angle grinder would easily cut through the lock. For the money it is excellent value, it is a deterrent. It fits an IFOR WILLIAMS P6
