2. Order process
2.1 Any orders place on this website will signify acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2.2 An email acknowledging receipt of your order will be sent once you have completed the order process. This is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from SparesHQ.
2.3 Completion of the agreement and acceptance of your order will take place on dispatch of your items. Prior to dispatch, orders can be cancelled by either party in writing.
2.4 Subject to the availability of services offered on the hosting website no information is store by SparesHQ except that required to deliver your order.
3. Delivery
3.1 Use of this website is restricted to UK mainland and Northern Ireland addresses. Customer must ensure that deliveries can be completed and items requiring a signature must be sign for by an adult.
3.2 Goods are not sent on a guarantee delivery service and SparesHQ will take all necessary steps to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays due to unforeseen factors are occasionally unavoidable and SparesHQ shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.
3.3 Following date of delivery or attempted delivery liability of loss and damage of products passes to you.
4. Payment
4.1 Payments made through third parties (i.e. PayPal, Amazon ) are held by these companies until dispatch has been confirmed. Where payment has been made a full refund will be issued for orders we cancel that we are unable to supply and an email sent informing you as soon as possible.
4.2 All information provided by you will be treated strictly in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We may validate this information to ensure that your account is not misused and by use of this website you consent to such checks being made.
4.3 Ever effort is made to ensure the price display is correct at the time of order, in the event that an error is made on a product we will inform you as soon as possible providing you with the option to cancel your order and receive a full refund of any monies paid or confirm the order at the correct price: Orders will be treated as cancel if we are unable to contact you

4.4 Title to any products you order on this website shall pass to you on delivery of the products provided that we have processed and received payment in full for the products.
4.5 All prices include VAT. Prices are in GBP £, delivery charges are shown separately unless clearly stated.
5. Returns, Cancellations and Substitutions
5.1 Products may be returned in original condition and packaging at customers own cost within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. Products are excluded from the Guarantee and are clearly marked.
5.2 Where product specifications change a substitute item of equal or high quality may be dispatched.
5.3 All sizes and measurements are approximate.

7.3 Subject to Section 7.1 above, other than as expressly provided in these terms and conditions with respect to specific products and except for the exclusive remedies set out at Section 5 above, any indemnities, warranties, terms and conditions (whether express or implied) are hereby excluded to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law.

• Economic losses (including without limitation loss of revenues, data, profits, contracts, business or anticipated savings); or

7.5 Notwithstanding the above, subject to Section 7.1 SparesHQ' aggregate liability (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) for loss or damage shall in any event be limited to a sum equal to the amount paid or payable by you for the product(s) in respect of one incident or series of incidents attributable to the same clause.
7.6 This clause 7 does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, nor does it affect your contract cancellation rights.
7.7 We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but, unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.
8. Miscellaneous Provisions
8.1 The contract between us shall be governed by the laws of England and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England. English is the only language offered for the conclusion of the contract.
