    Buyer beware, there are extra surcharges upon receiving your parcel. (After you have paid the seller via Ebay, your parcel arrives (not at your doorstep) surprise surprise... (you are forced to go to a pick up location = *'post office'* and pay an ****extra $31.07)**** otherwise your parcel will not be released. This 'extra hidden' shipping fee was not disclosed at time of purchase. If I'd have known I would not have purchased from this seller. Dissatisfied.

    As I explained to the buyer, the extra fees were Canadian Customs fees. Not extra shipping fees from me. Bent over backwards to get to the bottom of the situation, and even offered to try to resolve it. Didn't return my messages/questions for clarification. Sellers beware. This buyer doesn't understand that as a Canadian buyer, she has customs fees to pay over and above shipping when purchasing from the US. Despite explaining to her the situation, she continues to blame me for her ignorance.
