1st item poorly packed-torn/dirty on arrival; refused delivery, contacted seller whom said would dispatch once they'd received back.
2nd item duly arrived few days later, however when I went to put on bed noticed a hole in front, a ladder running from that, inside material was " bobbled" as if it'd been rubbed and blue marks! Seller no apology, offered discount of 10% then £10 and finally 50% when I said I was contacting Customer Services;eventually CS gave refund. Poor quality & CustomerService

Fast delivery but the only problem was that they sent the wrong duvet. I ordered the polar bears and penquins duvet and they sent me just penquins duvet. I kept it as I love penquins but I wud of loved the polar bear and penquin as ordered. I contacted the company and they apologise and gave me 5%back which was a £1
