    A film scripted by someone as gifted as the girl in the title.

    This film really draws you in & you want to know what happens to each individual character, as well as how the storyline unfolds & ends. The 'Girl' is particularly engaging & interesting, as is the Glenn Close's more focused, hard line character. Can say no more in case becomes a spoiler! Viewers of sci-fi, apocalyptic, futuristic films will enjoy it, as will mild horror fans.

    Entertaining and clever theme.

    I had read the book and was totally absorbed in it. I found it engaging, exciting and superbly written, so I decided to buy the film. The film was very good and kept me entertained, though the book was far superior as books always are. I never expect a film to be as absorbing as the book, and always regret not watching the film prior to reading the book, but as a film in itself, I would recommend it.
