It is my first time buying almond flour. But this one is great. I am on a keto diet so this was my alternative for flour. I made pancakes three times over the weekend. I would suggest to add double cream to help it glue up all the ingrediants.My first try was a disaster... I will try to bake something with it once I settle on a recipe these days.
