The custom air system is faulty and not mentioned that, the helmet cannot be properly used :(

The helmet was in working order when sent to the buyer. They contacted me and i agreed to a full refund if they returned the item, but they didn't want to return it. As they were now in Europe they said it would cost too much to return, although i had posted to UK. I contacted ebay for advice, and they advised i had done nothing wrong in this process.
