Purchased the folding MX-2 for my wife as her mobility scooter was to big for the car.
Delivery time was excellent and the built quality of the wheelchair was fantastic for the price, especially with 2 batteries.
Unfortunately after trying it, my wife wasn't confident using it so we had to return it.
Return process couldn't have been easier. Courier arrangements were superb.
A full refund, less the carriage issued within 24 hours of return. So couldn't ask for a better service.

Haven't got past charging the battery yet so can't rate the product itself, apart from it looks very good and the accessory pack that came with it is very good. Very easy to fold/unfold. Can't see any paperwork relating to warranty though so I'll be in touch separately about that.

And with a flick of two flaps can use as manual chair. Fantastic value for money. And I have got my mobility back. Again it’s feels safe to use comfortable. Able to go out with my grandson again.
