The personalised number plate was not delivered with the item. Had to contact them outside of Ebay for a response as weren't getting a reply on here. They were insistent that the personal plate had been delivered, when it clearly wasn't (just literally a sticker a few pennies). No apology whatsoever from them, which surely is a basic customer service requirement. Therefore here, hold your negative feedback. Plate was re-delivered a few days later but ruined the whole surprise element.

Hi there, I can see from our message inbox that we only ever received one message from you regarding a remote control. My colleague has confirmed they liased with you via email to assist you with your missing number plate, which was sent out over the May bank holiday weekend. This is why the number plate was delayed in arriving to you. We endeavoured to the best of our ability to assist you, and would be grateful if you could amend your feedback to more accurately reflect the experience you had.

The delay was because the plate was not sent out with the car in the first place - not due to any BH. An email query about the remote control was totally ignored, therefore the request for the missing plate was made by email outside of Ebay. The negative feedback was also due to no apology from your “colleague” for not sending the plate out with the car, and again, you have failed to apologise in your follow-up to the feedback. So yes, my feedback does reflect my experience very well thanks.
