One of the best ever purchases I made on ebay. Wrapped so well I was both amazed with the care taken and the effort put in. Plugged in and all working. A big thank you to seller.

  • Low cost airplay

Ideal for connecting to a conventional hifi to stream via airplay. Not airplay 2 so cannot use as part of multi-room set-up. However even with airplay 1 sound quality (being capable of full CD/lossless quality) is far superior to bluetooth. Beware that these very early express models require an older version of airport utilities so cannot be configured with recent Macs. I dug out a very old MacBook, installed OSX Snow Leopard and it worked fine.
