    I had no information about this product.

    I may have used too much. Its not as sweet as splenda, so I used two tea spoons in my tea and got the runs. It looks just like sugar, and it may be good for cooking. It just was not for me, I went back to splenda. sorry... I have seen others that use it for cooking and they like it for that.

    Best Tasting

    Best tasting sugar substitute I have used. Not as sweet. Said to be 70% as sweet as sugar, to me it was closer to 50%. Using two to three teaspoonfuls at a time presented no problem for me. There are of course limits. Fortunately, erythritol has a higher threshold for bowel tolerance than other sugar alcohols. See Pubmed for details about tolerances.

    Erythritol Natural Sweetener
