    Enchanting

    I've had this cd before and lost it on a trip. It's some piece of music that I enjoy listening to in a particular mood. It gives chills and thrills and at the same time comfort in sadness an feeling of powerless in loneliness. Recommended to all the melancholy people in need of a boost in confidence about all the mistakes and glories one life can put you through.

    Good Album

    Good allround rock CD by a band put together for the MTV rock crowd. Bought the album because Ben Calvert was the drummer but disapointed that he didnt play on the album but Ash Sion isnt a bad stand in. Hoping Ben will be on an album soon as he was brilliant for Killing Joke and Blinding drumming for Calvin Harris in 2009.

    Can't believe Vex Red never recorded another album.....This one rocks!

    I'd been meaning to buy this album for a long time. Now that I finally own it, I feel I missed out on something special during all the years I wasn't listening to it! I need to make up for lost time.... Vex Red very briefly made an impact on the alternative rock world back in 2002 with this finely crafted debut album. It's a heady mix of angst-ridden, guitar-driven belters and a few slower tracks (I daren't call them ballads as they are still dripping with melancholy and razor-blade lyrics). Stand-out tracks for me are 'Can't Smile' (the single) and 'Dermo'. This album is perfect to listen to at top volume this summer. Get your copy now!!

    Vex Red - killed off before their prime....

    This album is, in a word, astonishing. A friend recommended them to me, and I bought this album because it was cheap and I happened to see it on eBay... I'm not going to try and describe it to you- for god's sake buy it and discover it for yourself. In terms of actual alternative rock I think it easily stands against Ok Computer as the best British alt album made in the last 10 or so years. If only they'd been able to make a second...
