Terms and conditions of the sale
Once we receive payment goods are normally dispatched by the same working day. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business working days (not including Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays), following cleared payment, sooner whenever possible.
 
UK Delivery is FREE and International delivery from £ 3.99.
 
Express delivery options are available for faster delivery and these are at the top of this page on the "Postage and Payments" tab.
 
UK Delivery normally takes 3-4 days and international deliveries can take 7-12 days depending upon your location.
 
An ETA will be provided in your My eBay section of eBay.
 
All products are carefully hand packed and the order checked before shipping.
 
If there is a delay due to excessive workload or awaiting a delivery we will advise within that time scale.
We use Standard shipping this means UPS, FedEx, DHL, Hermes, Royal mail or another common carrier that provides insurance and tracking.
 
Once dispatched we have no control over the length of delivery time, dates shown on the site are estimates only, so please be patient.
 
Royal Mail in particular will not accept any claims for 15 Days after posting, but we will endeavour to do what we can. If you require a special particular postal option please contact and we will advise costing etc.
 
Express orders placed before 10am for overnight delivery will be dispatched same day.
 
We will deliver to a PayPal confirmed address only. Should you wish to deliver to an alternative address this must be added to Paypal and confirmed prior to ordering.
 
In order to fulfill your order as faster as possible and to keep a good stock, we work with different suppliers. However, on certain occasions some products may be unavailable. If this occurs we will inform you to give alternate choices otherwise a refund will be given.
 
Where possible we will dispatch from stock, but where an item is low/out of stock, we reserve the right to use a warehousing centre, if this will reduce any potential delays to your order. If we do use an outside service to process your order, this will be done within the timescale explained above.
 
Orders are fulfilled by our own warehouse or a 3rd party supplier. Occasionally third party logos appear on/in this packaging, if this is likely to offend please refrain from ordering.

For large items that require Freight shipping a valid phone number is required to call and schedule your delivery.
 
Occasionally we do run out of stock on fast moving items (stock level shown on Ebay may be wrong), as we do sell via other medias and if we cannot source in a reasonable time a full refund will be issued.
