Item was despatched quickly, and box set was brand new and sealed as described. The only thing I had an issue with was Royal Mails tracking system that would not update, and had to ring to chase delivery. This isn't a reflection of the seller as is the delivery company. I did get in touch with seller, but the item arrived before I received a response, so didn't need to follow up any further.
