Squeeze Ball
The ball is not large, but it is ideal for me as I have medium towards small hands and can easily put the ball into my palm for one of the exercises. Having broke arm is three places by shoulder joint I was not able to use the hand or arm for over three months. Using the ball now has substantially increased the strength in my hand , fingers and thumb. Light and easy to use.
My arthritis is a lot better since I used the orange soft foam physio ball. I have a lot more movement in my hands and they are not as painful. I usually just use the ball for a minute in each hand whilst I am watching tv. You can use it many times during the day - so easy to use.

So much smaller than the photo indicates. The recipient has Alzheimer's and keeps trying to peel it, as it looks like a satsuma.
