Really impressed with this mattress. I went for medium firm and it’s perfect. The top of the mattress has a softer feel almost like a mattress topper but the rest of it is firm and offering good support. Arrived well packaged and was ready to use the evening we set it up. Fast delivery, driver helped me get it in the house as was a bit heavy for me on my own. Now to see if it stands the test of time. Worth noting that needs rotating every 3 months
