i ordered a 15 togg double duvet they advertise in drop down size box,i recieved a 10.5 to 13.5 one as wrapper says no togg label stitched to duvet, it took longer than stated to deliver ,i messaged seller it took them 4 days to reply not very good service.I requested a prepaid returns label they never sent one just asked have i sent duvet back to them ? their service is rubbish the quality of duvet is poor feels like a 10.5 togg.
