I ordered 4 of these. They made a mistake & sent me 1 item. I contacted them. They initially apologized, then got snotty with me. Told me they didn't like my attitude. When I asked them to expedite my shipping faster, (the original item had taken a REALLY long time to reach me), the seller said that that would cost them more money. They sent it priority mail like before. The 3 items were crammed into a box that they barely fit into. Really bad customer service. They only care about your money.
