It’s so easy to set up & use, I was shocked at how dirty the water was afterwards. I love the auto mix function because I’m rubbish with measuring liquids & I generally just guess. It feels quite heavy at first but it’s not hard to move around once it’s switched on. Lots of tools & extremely easy to clean after using. Looks brand new! 5*

Great machine
I was a bit sceptical about both buying a carpet cleaner and especially one that has been refurbished. However as Vax is a market leader and the cleaner had been refurbished by them I decided to take the risk . The machine was delivered promptly and extremely well packed. I was impressed by the build quality. The operating instructions were easy to understand so the after being unpacked it was ready to go in minutes. Although it appeared a little heavy I was surprised by how effortless it was to actually clean the carpet. The results really amazed me. Not only did it clean the carpet but it lifted the pile and completely rejuvenated what was a somewhat tired area of flooring. Better than expected!
Easy to assemble. Cleaned the carpets really well! Quite heavy, all parts can be removed and cleaned easily after use! Very pleased with my purchase. Only down side for me is the cost of the solution - very expensive!
