This item had a problem, and I've had a couple items from them recently that have had an issue in some way or another, but their customer service is great, they are quick to respond, polite, and make sure they solve the issue if any problems do arise. Sometimes things go wrong, but it' s what happens if it does that matters, and the after sales service seems good if any problems do arise. These guys are normally brilliant.
